Single Material Dual Nozzle Head - 3DS-RBX-RBX01-SM

This head is the same as the head which Robox launched with, it has 2 nozzles both of which are supplied from a single material feed. The large 0.8mm nozzle can be used to create fast and strong draft prints or anything requiring low detail and thick walls or to quickly fill the internal parts of a print. The 0.3mm nozzle is excellent for small details and very low layer heights such as 0.02mm 20 micron layers.

This head uses needle valves to close the nozzles to avoid stringing and blobs it is fitted to Robox via the HeadLock system.

Robox ThermoSurface™ Print surface revision 1 replacement - 3DS-RBX-RBX01-PEI-R1

ThermoSurface™ is a high performance engineered thermoplastic. This bed surface bonds particularly well to molten ABS and PLA – important for holding the first layer to the bed. Once cooled the printed model will detatch with no mechanical aid required. Most plastics will stick very well to this surface and leave no residue for maintenance free printing. If cleaning is required or the first layer is not sticking this surface should be cleaned with IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or the cleaning wipes supplied with Robox.

This print surface is a simple retangular shape which is held in place by plastic clips around the edge of the bed frame older Robox versions use this design. If your existing bed has tabs around the edge please select the product RBX01-PEI instead.

Without tabs 210x151x1.05mm. ±0.05mm thickness per sheet, thickness across each individual sheet is within 0.01mm. Tabs protrude 3mm from the outer edge.

Extruder - 3DS-RBX-RBX01-X1

A high torque dual pinch wheel extruder for feeding filament along the bowden tube to the Robox head. This extruder is the same as that supplied with Robox. Robox has space for 2 extruders, this module can be used to feed 1.75mm filament to either the RBX01-SM or RBX01-DM head and more heads and modules in the future. The RBX01-DM Kit includes this extruder.
